If you are ready to upload your session material, please review this page and have it accessible
when you begin the upload:
Upload Instructions.
NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
In order to have COMMON duplicate your session material, you must submit it no
later than Sunday,
March 9, 2008.
If you
choose to duplicate your own session material, you are responsible for bringing it to the
conference and delivering
it to the onsite Copy Center Office. Copy Center will deliver all session materials to the
session rooms and will
only make additional copies in cases of blow-outs or repeated sessions.
Please use Internet Explorer to upload your material, as there are known issues
with other browsers.
The upload requires access to port 8090 when you are behind a network firewall.
If you elect to have your session material available for downloading from our online
session guide, that
material will automatically be moved to Members Only after conference, and will only be accessible by
registered attendees of the spring 2008 conference.
If you place a disclaimer on your session material stating it cannot be reproduced, you
must include
a letter granting COMMON permission to reproduce the material for distribution to COMMON's
members. COMMON
will use and distribute the intellectual property submitted by speakers only as specifically
granted to
COMMON.
You will need your COMMON member ID# and password to log into the upload utility - for
assistance contact Ian
Cartwright.
